I hope you dance...

Salam guys

'Honestly J, go get a life, stop blogging every 30 mins!'
'Easy easy guys, just thought I'd share sth nice with u'

My cousin is a huge Ronan Keating's fan (I can't blame her u know ;)) She gave me this song, and WOW! ain't he inspiring, now I just found out it's not his song originally, but it's Ronan ya3ny ;)

Check the lyrics out:

I hope you never lose your sense of wonder,
You get your fill to eat but always keep that hunger,
May you never take one single breath for granted,
GOD forbid love ever leaves you empty handed,

I hope you still feel small when you stand beside the ocean,
Whenever one door closes I hope one more opens,
Promise me that you'll give faith a fighting chance,
And when you get the choice to sit it out or dance.

I hope you dance....I hope you dance.

I hope you never fear those mountains in the distance,
Never settle for the path of least resistance
Livin' might mean takin' chances but they're worth takin',
Lovin' might be a mistake but it's worth makin',

Don't let some hell bent heart leave you bitter,
When you come close to sellin' out reconsider,
Give the heavens above more than just a passing glance,
And when you get the choice to sit it out or dance.

I hope you dance....I hope you dance.
I hope you dance....I hope you dance.
(Time is a wheel in constant motion always rolling us along,Tell me who wants to look back on their years and wonder where those years havegone.)

Assalamo Allaikom J,
That's a girl, posting the right stuff! I won't start on how much I love that song, can never get enough of it!
Anyway, I was just trying to get to the bottom of a touching Grisham book (might think I'm mad for saying Grisham's touching in anyway) and Josh was playing in the background so this song came along n I thought you might like the lyrics it's called "When you say you love me"

"Like the sound of silence callin’,
I hear your voice inside of me,
I’m fallin’..... lost in a dream,
Like the echoes of our souls are meeting,
You say those words my heart stops beating,
I wonder it means,
What could it be that comes over me,
At times I can’t move,
At times I can hardly breathe.
“When you say you love me,
The world goes still so still inside
And when u say u love me for a moment there’s no one else alive.”(Chorus)
You’re the one I’ve always thought of,
I don’t how, but I feel sheltered in your love,
You’re where I belong.
And when you’re with me if I close my eyes,
There are times just when I can feel like I can fly,
For a moment in time,
Somewhere between the heavens and earth,
Frozen in time................
Oh when you say those words
(Chorus)
And this journey that we’re on...........
How far we’ve come and I,
Celebrate every moment,
When you say you love me
That’s all you have to say
I’ll always feel this way
(Chorus)
When you say you love me, do you know how I love you?"

Always gives me the shivers!YICKS!
Getting late anyway!

Praying and praying and praying and can't stop praying.

"The Mayonnaise jar and 2 cups of Coffee"--> This is about getting ur priorities straight and putting everything in place.

When things in your life seem almost too much to handle,
when 24 hours in a day are not enough,
remember the mayonnaise jar and the 2 cups of coffee...

A professor stood before his philosophy class and had some items
in front of him. When the class began, wordlessly, he picked up a
very large and empty mayonnaise jar and proceeded to fill it with
golf balls. He then asked the students if the jar was full.
They agreed that it was.

The professor then picked up a box of pebbles and poured them
into the jar. He shook the jar lightly.
The pebbles rolled into the open areas between the golf balls.
He then asked the students again if the jar was full.
They agreed it was.

The professor next picked up a box of sand and poured it into the
jar. Of course, the sand filled up everything else.
He asked once more if the jar was full.
The students responded with a unanimous "yes".

The professor then produced two cups of coffee from under the
table and poured the entire contents into the jar, effectively
filling the empty space between the sand. The students laughed.

"Now," said the professor, as the laughter subsided, "I want you
to recognize that this jar represents your life. The golf balls
are the important things - your God, your family, your children,
your health, your friends, and your favorite passions -- things
that if everything else was lost and only they remained, your
life would still be full.
The pebbles are the other things that
matter like your job, your house, and your car.
The sand is everything else -- the small stuff."

"If you put the sand into the jar first," he continued,
"there is no room for the pebbles or the golf balls.
The same goes for life.

If you spend all your time and energy on the small stuff,
you will never have room for the things
that are important to you.
Pay attention to the things that are critical to your happiness.
Play with your children.
Take time to get medical checkups.
There will always be time to clean house and fix the disposal."
Take care of the golf balls first -- the things that really matter.
Set your priorities. The rest is just sand.

One of the students raised her hand and inquired what the coffee
represented. The professor smiled. "I'm glad you asked. It just
goes to show you that no matter how full your life may seem,
there's always room for a couple of cups of coffee
with a friend."

Not my writing though, don't really know who did!
Enjoy it! It's really inspiring!
